Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 12-24 hours before pickup will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

2. Service Issues

If you experience any issues with our service (late pickup, vehicle issues, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup, or if the customer provides incorrect booking information.
